having dinner with friends at chez papa (chezpapasf.com) the other night, chef gifted us with a little bit of the house cured bacon. this bacon is extremely good, well balanced, delicate flavors and was cooked to perfection. we became acquainted with this bit of pork heaven as a companion to the wild mushroom tart. enjoy the bacon porn ;)
